When you contact us by email or through the contact form, you may choose to provide your name, email address, company name, and project details. We may also receive basic technical information that browsers normally provide when visiting a website, such as device type and browser information.

We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry, discuss a potential project, provide requested services, and improve our website. We do not sell your personal information.
Sharing information
We only share information when it is necessary to provide services you request, meet a legal obligation, or protect the rights and safety of Sevonic and others.
Data retention
We keep enquiry information only for as long as needed to respond to you, manage our business relationship, or meet legal and accounting requirements.
KeepMyCar account and data deletion
KeepMyCar users may request deletion of their account and associated cloud data at any time. Email support@sevonic.com with the subject line “KeepMyCar Account Deletion Request” and include the email address used for your KeepMyCar account.
After we verify the request, we will delete the KeepMyCar account and its associated cloud backup data, including vehicle details, maintenance records, reminders, trip logs, and account identifiers, within 30 days.
Data stored only on your device is not held by Sevonic. To remove local app data, delete the data within the app or uninstall KeepMyCar from your device.
Deleting a KeepMyCar account does not cancel an active Google Play subscription. Subscriptions must be cancelled separately through Google Play.

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. To make a request, email support@sevonic.com.
