Moving to a new phone
If you are signed in to iCloud and iCloud is on for the app, your count, letters, reasons, red flags and history sync through your own private iCloud account. Sign in with the same Apple Account on the new phone, install the app, and give it a minute on the first screen.
Restoring the unlock
Open Settings → Restore purchase while signed in with the Apple Account you bought it with. There is no account with us to sign in to.
Face ID lock
The lock is optional and off until you turn it on. If Face ID doesn’t recognise you, iOS lets you use your device passcode instead.
Deleting your data
Delete letters, reasons or red flags in the app, or delete the app to remove everything on your device. The privacy policy explains how to delete the iCloud copy too.
If it’s more than a breakup
No Contact Counter is not a crisis or mental health service. If you are thinking about harming yourself, contact your local emergency number now, or find a free helpline in your country at findahelpline.com. The app has the same link under Settings → “If it’s more than a breakup”.
Onset: Migraine & Headache Log
Sharing with your doctor
Tap Export PDF on the Report screen, or use More → Your data for a CSV of everything, then send it however you like. Onset never sends anything itself.
Air pressure
Turn on More → Record air pressure and allow Motion & Fitness. The reading comes from your iPhone’s built-in barometer. Onset uses no weather service and no location.
A new phone
Onset keeps everything on your device and has no sync. Your diary moves to a new iPhone when you restore it from an iCloud or computer backup of the old one. Export a CSV from More → Your data first if you want a copy of your own.
Our games
Brick Breaker – No Ads, Killer Sudoku: No Ads, Offline, Traffic Unjam: Car Jam Puzzle, Pawtion: Potion Sort Puzzle, Macaron Stack: Sort & Merge and Gemsy: Diamond Painting work offline and have no accounts.
Keeping your progress
Progress is saved on your device. It comes back on a new iPhone or iPad when you restore from an iCloud or computer backup of the old one. Deleting a game deletes its progress, so check before you remove it to free up space.
Purchases and refunds
No Contact Counter’s unlock and Killer Sudoku’s Master Pack, Theme Collection and Supporter Bundle are one-time purchases sold by Apple. None of our apps has a subscription. To restore a purchase, use the Restore button in the app’s settings. Killer Sudoku has it under Settings → Restore purchases.
Apple handles payments, so refunds are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We can’t see your payment details and can’t issue refunds ourselves.
